The NJP- capsule filler is equipped with the latest technologies ofencapsulation and optimized structure for operation, monitoring andtrouble-shooting. Designed with two main structures, the NJP series isthe prefect machine for starting-up to high performance or largervolume of production.
Due to the machine design is of fullyenclosing and special structure for segments and capsule alignmentstation and turning parts, it may avoid powder directly contacting tomachine lubricants or contamination, and keeping minimum exposure. Themachines are built with stainless steel and industrial recognized ,quality brand electronic components, and meet most international safetystandard and GMP requirement.
The machine may be dosed and filledwith powder, granular and pellet, and used for veggie capsule and hardtwo piece gelatin capsule. One machine could have an optional applyingfor multiple filling of various particle and formula.
