Working Principle

It is rated type automatic filling and stoppering machine, beeline moving method which gives priority to pneumatically actuated drive has been adopted. Containers will be on the filling position making use of PLC logic controller, different induction system and time difference of the cylinder. After that, open containers that have been filled and send the containers that have not been filled onto filling bench; containers that have been filled are delivered to pull on the stopper, and then go out of the machine via conveyer belt. Repeated, this process can be finished.
