Working Principle

This machine fits for ordering bottles depending on difference between bottle top and bottom. Firstly, plastic bottles will be sent to transverse state via scrapper and bottle sending rail, then go for secondary arrangement by controlling cylinder after checking different states of bottom by photoelectric pickup. Bottles that have been arranged will be sent to next procedure vertically

 Operation is controlled by PLC so that the equipment and back connected equipment can be controlled intelligently. 

 Low noise running, simple drive brings low noise 

 Convenient to change bottles: related rails can be processed conforming to bottles provided by users. Therefore it is ok to use relevant rail if specs need to be changed. As it is convenient, training is unnecessary.

 Motor for ordering bottles is controlled by imported transducer with stepless speed regulation. 

 Automatic tracing function is equipped. Bottle supplying machine can automatically offer if there is not enough bottle in the canister and it will stops if it is enough; the machine will stop automatically if there are enough bottles on the conveyer belt and it will starts if bottles are needed
