Working principal

Bottles that have been cleaned are sent to stainless steel guipure of drying oven via bottle sending tray. Press the button, then the machine will switch on the recirculating blower, preheating blower, cooling inlet fan, cooling exhaust fan, damp remove machine, windcomplement blower, as well as main heater and assistant heater. After preheating, bottles will go to high temperature sterilization district, then cooling process will be finished, finally they are sent out of the machine, the process of sterilization is finished. 

Characteristics

 Wide applicable range, there are three types: chain type, guipure and chain with guipure

 Heating and running process of the machine is controlled with adoption of LCD and PLC. 

 100 grade laminar flow cleaning system is equipped for inlet gate and different draughts in the case to assure the 100-grade state for working chamber. 

 Parameter display, enactment and heating curve record are available 

 Temperature is controlled by silicon controlled voltage regulating module which has no contact, low impulsion on electric net and lower thermal inertia without noise 

 Guipure can be delivered with chain wheel structure avoiding disadvantages of common ones. 

 Temperature of Heating Part: not higher than 380 (setting available)
