1. The tablet press machine is a kind of automatic continuous rotary tablet presser, a basic equipment for the industry of pharmacy, chemistry, food and so on to press all kinds of grain shape raw materials into tablets.

2. It is used to press various round tablets, sugarcoating tablets, calcium tablets and so on in large batches or a small batch of multiple types.

3. It is not suitable to press semisolid or wet powder grains.

During operation, the depth of the filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjusted. The pressure for tablet pressing is set by the hydraulic drive system and a pressure gauge is attached to the system to show the pressure value. A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus when overload occurs. The machine stops automatically.

New type ZPW15A and ZPW15B is designed to meet the CE standard. ZPW15B is an improved version of ZPW15A. Its pressing area is sealed with four polymath methacrylate doors to be isolated with outside environment. The material contact parts are t made of stainless steel and their surface is specially antisepticised to avoid pollution.
